Dual phase SS 329 is the first dual phase steel to be reflected in its higher allowable carbon content. AISI 329 stainless steel is designed for medium temperature strength and excellent corrosion resistance. It can be used for marine applications with hydraulic cylinders or where good corrosion resistance is required. It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in chloride storage environments. And it has additional resistance to stress corrosion, pore corrosion, and fatigue corrosion. Its characteristics are hardness, plasticity, and strength. When welding, it is necessary to input as little heat as possible. UNS S32900 stainless steel has slightly lower alloy content than UNS S32205. It exhibits brittleness at high temperatures of 300-900 ° C. It can be welded through welding consumables.
